Privacy notice

This notice describes how EvolveBridge Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”), with its office at No. 118, Wenxin Road, Beitun District, Taichung City, 406, Taiwan, processes personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法, PDPA).

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the fields you submit: name, email, optional phone number, and your message. We also store your cookie/storage choice locally in your browser (see the Cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data solely to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform or negotiate consulting services you ask about. Processing is based on your request (PDPA Article 19 consent/contract preparation) and our legitimate need to document business correspondence.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or applicable law. You may ask us to delete earlier where no legal obligation prevents it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use the same-domain form handler at /api/inquiry on evolvebridge.digital; hosting and email delivery providers may process data strictly to transmit your message to us.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@evolvebridge.digital; we will verify your identity before acting.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed in Taiwan where our systems are operated.

We may update this notice; the version on this page applies at the time you read it.
