Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid consulting services arranged with EvolveBridge Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 93082483, Representative Chen Wei-Ting), No. 118, Wenxin Road, Beitun District, Taichung City, 406, Taiwan. Contact: info@evolvebridge.digital, +886-4-0000-2213.
Several terms below follow standard Taiwan distance-selling practice and are proposed, pending business confirmation where your signed contract does not state otherwise.
Scope
Fees are agreed per project in a statement of work or contract. This page explains baseline expectations when those documents are silent.
Consumer withdrawal (七日猶豫期)
Where the Consumer Protection Act applies to a distance contract for services, you may withdraw within seven (7) days of accepting the contract without stating a reason, unless an exception below applies.
Services already begun
If you expressly request work to start during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that completed work may not be refundable, fees for work already performed may be charged proportionally.
Non-refundable items
Deposits explicitly labeled non-refundable in your contract, third-party pass-through costs already incurred (licenses, cloud resources registered to your account), and deliverables accepted in writing are generally not refundable.
Cancellation by you
For fixed-scope projects, cancellation after work starts is billed for completed milestones and reasonable wind-down effort documented in time records.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel if prerequisites (access, data, payment) are not met after reasonable notice; prepaid unused fees for undelivered milestones are refunded.
Process
Email info@evolvebridge.digital with your contract reference and reason. We respond within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days where practicable.
Rescheduling
Workshop or review dates may be rescheduled once with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice; otherwise reserved time may be billed.
No-shows
Missed meetings without notice may count against prepaid hours.
